A. MANTRA
Chanting of Mantra with right pronunciations creates vibrations, which has kinetic energy, and it gives rise to a particular form. The Sakti is the energy of the form of the Mantra. Each Mantra is dedicated to a particular God or Goddesses.

2. Mantra for NAVA GRAHA – Align your malefic planet / graha – Vedic way
3. Mantra for Dus Maha MAHAVIDYA – Align your lagna and any of your malefic planet/ graha – Tantric way
4. Mantra for Dwadash Jyotirlinga – Align your malefic Bhava/ house in your Birth Chart – Vedic way
5. MANTRA SIDDHI – Repetition of a Mantra by doing Jaapa; generally, 108 to 1,080 times daily/one to ten malas per sitting.
When the same is properly recited and reached the cumulative figures as prescribed in our ancient texts, the Mantra becomes SIDDHA.
Repetition of any Mantra is Jaapa. Doing Jaapa gives us eternal bliss, feeling of Sat, Chit and Ananda. Jaapa must be done with faith and feeling.
Dhyana is meditation on the form of the Lord with His attributes. We are discussing here of meditation or Dhyana with Japa (Japa-Sahita-Dhyana).
Japa and Dhyana go hand in hand and to me they are inseparable.
TIME –
1. Early morning /Brahma muhurta/ 4th and 1st prahar conjunction time
2. Noon Time/1st and 2nd prahar conjunction time
3. Evening time /Dusk/ 2nd and 3rd prahar conjunction time
4. Nighttime – 3rd and 4th prahar conjunction time.
Do Dhyana with Jaapa once/twice or all the four time.
Direction – Face east or north
Aasan – Kush
Posture – Padmasana/Siddhasana/Sukhasana
Mala – Rakt Chandan / Tulsi / Rudraksh beads
Holding of Mala – Keep the hand near the heart
Doing Jaap while meditating – Use right hand only and the middle finger and the thumb of the right to roll the beads. Do not cross the meru while rolling the beads. Turn back when you come to it.
Try to associate the Japa with the rhythm of the breath.
Sit in the same place and at the same time every day.
